Rene’s welcome at reception was the only positive experience at this hotel.

Mattresses are old, creaky and very uncomfortable. Room was not serviced at all, noise from room above and corridor at 3 am. Paper plates and plastic utensils are a no-no!

The rooms are updated. Breakfast is good. Rooms need to be deep cleaned , dust behind curtains, on baseboards, on air unit, headboards, corners on floor very dirty, cobwebs on ceiling, carpet very dirty,bathroom floors dirty and bathtub very dirty. I cleaned the tub before getting in shower my first night and the rag was very dirty. The carpets need to be cleaned. Please make sure you dust really well.
