Very nice it’s my new stop between Richmond Va and FL

Overall the place was nice. The front desk staff were nice and the room was clean. The location isn’t the best due to the one way road exit (there are medians everywhere blocking turns). It is a congested traffic area. The room was clean. Comfort: the pillows were flat so bring your own, and it won’t let you turn the AC down much so it’s kinda stuffy. The breakfast was not great. There was nothing warm, just bagels and cereal. The water doesn’t taste fresh, bring water bottles. It’s not a horrible place to stay if it’s available, but there are better options.

My husband and I stayed at the Sparks for a local football game. The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. All of my future visits to this town, my stay will be at Sparks.

Too noisy. Motorcycles going up and down the road in front until midnight

Room is clean and pleasant and staffs are friendly, just my room toilet pump is kinda dysfunctional, breakfast was so so, I expected more cos I paid more than 230 for a night.

The property is relatively new but it is bright and attractive. My room was clean and comfortable and the desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is in a very busy area right off I85 and across from Outlet Mall but as long as you know it’s a busy place, it’s a good place for a brief stay.
