It was very quiet and ducked off and the staff were all excellent!

It said the pool was open but it was not and is under construction!

"The only disappointment was the outdoor pool. It had a light sheen of debris on the surface."

Check in clerks were very courteous and nice.

My room was clean without odor. Breakfast was actually good with multiple selection.

The hotel is situated in a rundown section of town, therefore if you don't use your GPS, you wouldn't be able to locate the hotel, as it is off the main road, and hidden behind a derelict mall. The Holiday Inn is in need of repairs ( tiles in the bathrooms, carpeting in the hall, etc. ). Now the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and want your stay to be comfortable.

We had to switch rooms because the carpet was wet by the air conditioner. And the room we moved to was smaller and wasn't so clean. It seemed to be one way in, one way out. And the pool wasn't open.

"Will not stay at another Holiday INN"

We got to the hotel and it was way in the back of an industrial park. Very dark parking lot upon arrival. When we went to check the frot looby had a smell if mold and when we told them our name they explained us to us they did not have both rooms that we had booked, The front desk girl told us they were sold out and there was nothing she could do. She was not very friendly. We had driven 12 hours with a 6 month old and we had to find another hotel at 11: pm at night. They had told us it would be 10-15 for a refund since they had already charged both rooms. Today is day 16 and I called and got disconnected twice. I called my bank to see if there was anthing I could to do and they told me Holiday had put a hold on the two charges until September9th and one for September 10th which is a whole month after we were supposed to stay at their hotel. Why should I have to wait on a refund a whole month if they are the ones that overbooked. I will NEVER book another Holiday Inn ever. Bad experience all the way around.
