The man who checked me in when I wanted to stay double charged me and refused to remove the charges. I kept telling him not to swipe my card twice and he did it anyways and said it wouldn’t show up twice but once. When I showed him my bank account and that the ones came out he kept arguing with me not to worry about it. But they took my money twice for one night.

The property is clean and that my needs.

Booked the room online two hours prior to my arrival. Upon my arrival, the Booking.com information did not arrive to the hotel. As a result, the hotel had to charge me, now I’m chasing back my double charge which has been awful ….

Good location. Close to stores, restaurants, and amenities.

Nothing.

Our room was very spacious. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly. We were on the street side of the building and it was noisy at night with traffic. The train tracks are also very close. But we would stay here again.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The room had a candy wrapper on the floor. The sink was dirty on the side

Booked for the location and breakfast. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was terrible both times we were there. Pancake machine broken each time, quality of food was terrible. Sausage dry/cold, potatoes were absolutely overcooked one visit and hard and undercooked the next. Definitely won't be going back. Rooms were clean and okay, but the poor breakfast and lack of sense of urgency to make it better for guests make me choose to go elsewhere.
