Close to the venue

The staff assigned me in the lower floor next to the busy main road and I couldn’t sleep. It is noisy, it’s hard to get a good sleep.I can hear the cars and motorcycles at night.

It was very nice and it had nothing to don’t them but there was a group of people who had no respect for others in the hotel and would come in at midnight whooping and laughing and screaming!

The property was clean and nice but the staff that was there at check out time was rude and admitted to being rude and having attitude. I have given it thought and waited in this review bc I love everything but the rude staff this is my second stay and both times i encountered rude staff and did not extend my stay. I will never stay here again. I was judged and treated like I couldn’t afford to be there. Both staff on both stays were men and at the front desk.

Great location !

All good, except the bed.

Bed was too soft. Please invest in a room or two with firmer mattresses for those of us who don’t enjoy “sinking” into the bed. I understand we may be the exceptions to the rule of mattress preference, but nonetheless, it would guarantee my return.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious

I liked the location and room was clean the ac worked good and breakfast was good.

At first staff was not understanding and not helpful. I asked for a reimbursement and they denied it and the guy on the phone stated It was approved and kept putting me on hold and treated me like I didn’t belong there. Then offered me an option to pay cash after I complained. I had lost my debit card n offered to pay the deposit with cash and he stated no that I can’t stay without a card then after holding over and over and being lied to about what’s going on. He said I could pay cash. I felt judged and embarrassed for how he treated me.

We were there for work and the internet was terrible. Very hard to get our emails. We went downstairs a couple times for help. It seems it was working better by the front desk but would drop out in our room . The phone number the front desk gave us for help didn’t work . Apart from that we loved the hotel and we’ll be back
