Everything was clean and I really liked that when we forgot our prescription medication the hotel shipped it to us

The vending machines didn’t work very well and our door was a pain to get inside

Could hear everything. Horrible insulation and seemed to have no sound proofing at all. Could even hear people talking in the room next to us, loud thudding of people walking down the hallway, and loud charter. Off and on throughout the night up until 430am. Probably wont stay there again. I've stayed at cheaper hotels with much better sound control.

We love this place! It’s our daughter’s favorite place , we love how everything is connected! Our first little stay we had a room with slider that faced the pool! Super convenient. Considering all they have to offer staying 2nights and getting the two day passes is the best!

How easily we could access the Fun Center from the resort, I also liked that in the booklet is specifically says that quiet rooms are not guaranteed. It made my kids feel comfortable that they did not feel like they had to walk on eggshells during their vacation.

The elevator situation. There is only one elevator, and you can tell that it's run down from overuse. But we did use it and it be sisters.
