Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

The Triple Play Water Park was the best part of our stay hands down. The kids had a great time playing on the slides and in the water pool.

The room needed some serious attention. There was toothpaste left on the mirror and sink from the previous guest and toys found under the bed which makes me question how much care is given during cleaning. There was no visitor guide provided to what else is provided in the area. Which wouldn't be a big deal if traveling alone, but when you are traveling with kids who are just hungry now it is nice to know what your options are, where to find them, and numbers to call.

Breakfast was good, very day stayed was biscuit and gravy

The place felt very dirty to me grubby actually. Also my granddaughter left her bag there when we checked out and when we called to see if they had it they said they didn't but we know damn well they did somebody stole it somebody on their staff I would imagine

Convenient to water park

Found a pair of socks in restroom in our room and earphones underneath the desk thing between beds. Called front desk and all they could say was I don’t know why these were here and I asked if someone could clean our restroom he said no one was here and all he could do was switch our room. But how’d I know that was clean? He just walked out

Great staff! Positive environment, Amazing experience for the New Year's Eve party. Was worth the drive would definitely come back again.

Unfortunately our room had a broken heater element so we had to switch to a room that was higher up. So after we unpacked everything we had to pack back up and go upstairs. But staff was great for accommodating us and being there as they were busy themselves. Are fudging our wristbands stopped working correctly so we had to be questioned multiple times by the triple play staff about going to the bowling alley desk and they gave us new bands. It happened twice.
