Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

There was activities to last all day for family to do together.

I was stuck in the elevator for five minutes and the call button didn’t work. The staff just looked me at me and shrugged their shoulders when told about this. The cops showed up in the middle of the night due to unruly teenagers and we woke up to the hot water being out.

I liked the cleanliness and convenience of the facility.

I didn't like the price.

The game portion next to the hotel was good.

I booked this as an Early Christmas present for my kids and Grandkids. I looked at the website several times, I spoke to the hotel several times and my daughter looked at the website a couple of times. At no time did they mention that the water park that is attached to the hotel was closed for 2 weeks. We also heard other guests complain that they didn't know. I had carefully planned this trip and it was ruined by lack of communication from the hotel. On top of that all I got was sorry. No offer for a future discount. No discount for the arcade, nothing! Thanks for nothing to the Hotel! They need to notify anyone who is booked during that time that the main attraction is closed!

The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Didn't spend much at at the Hotel but when we were they had no complaints.

Check in was a bit hard due to them not checking us in right. We had prepaid but when we got there they said that we owned money. So to check in we had to pay again. The next morning we got it fixed but was a Hassle.
