The location was close to most everything you could want and need

To start with they gave our room to someone else and didn’t even know it. They couldn’t find the keys to the room so they made more and when we got to it… people were coming out of it. Then the room we did get the AC didn’t work. I have to have a cold room to sleep and so there was not any sleeping for me or my husband.

They are renovated and is a lot of dust, the pool was cold and dirty. My room have a strong odor of fresh paint.

Room was clean

Property was under construction. Had no hot water to take a shower! I complained along with others that had expirenced the same thing and was told the manager would call me to make things right. Never got a call.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Housekeeping is nonexistent. Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived and was never cleaned during our stay even after requesting it and then complaining. Linen is filthy. They will not provide you with enough towels. Breakfast was horrible. They are currently undergoing renovations so there’s dust everywhere and equipment everywhere. Front desk staff must’ve been overwhelmed by the countless complaints because nobody there even had the desire to help. Don’t stay here. There’s so many other hotels in the area. Choose one of those and avoid this one.

It’s old and not up to date

Cleaness, no hot water to take a wash

When we arrive to the hotel after the 4 o’clock check-in time, our room was not ready until after 5 o’clock. When we first checked in, the staff realized that they had given my reservation to somebody else with the name, Kim because they did not check the last name. The staff was very rude, especially the acting manager on duty named Faith. She was yelling at her employees and being disrespectful. Once we got up to the room, we noticed that the bathroom sink faucet was falling off. There were dead bugs specifically cockroaches in the closet, and the air conditioner was full of either black mold or dust. We called the front. They told us that they would take care of it. We left and went out to dinner. When we returned an hour later at about 7 o’clock our hotel room key was expired and we had to get another one. Once we got another one and got into our room, the door would not shut. We called the front desk. They sent somebody up and he said that he could see the problem because the screws in the door joint were not screwed in. He said he had to go get the tools and he would be back well after an hour of him not coming back. We were very concerned for our safety as we are traveling with two little girls. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I called corporate who again said they created a ticket and did nothing about it. Another hour went by and I went down there to talk to the manager and I was told that we could either decide to leave the hotel and get a refund or wait for them to fix it. I asked them how long did they feel was appropriate to have to wait to have a door that shuts. Once I explain explained the other situations to the manager, she was very frustrated with me. I asked her to come up to the room and look she never did so instead, she called the police on us and made them physically. Tell us that we had to leave the hotel. We explained that everything was booked and we had nowhere to go not once did the staff
