USPleasantly surprised! Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was okay, biscuits were delicious gravy was to thick & salty. Coffee was great! Evening host was professional, made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend!!

Everything …. Especially the staff … they were very rude….. the property was not put together … they was under construction and the pool was nasty and discolor and the gym was unavailable….

When we arrived for our check-in we raised some concerns about the construction as this was not stated on the website we booked through "(Booking.com) or the website for the hotel. There was also some discoloration to the pool and things floating in it which the staff validated at the time we were looking around. We raised these concerns and asked if we could get at the least a discount since there were several things we were not made aware of and didn't feel safe about. We have an autistic child and are always careful and want to make sure the places were staying are safe. This place had multiple areas of concern which we brought to the attention of the staff. We were told that a discount was not possible and the most they could do is cancel our reservation. Under normal circumstances this maybe would have been okay but this was the weekend of the Masters golf tournament and we were in town for a cheerleading competition so there was no other availability to be found. So we were willing to try and make it work with a discount. So while standing waiting for a manager the cops pull up, 6 cars to be exact. Here we are a family of 4 with two children one who is autistic and two other families with small children. We were told the hotel had called the cops due to a "dispute". This was truly a terrible use of the police resources as well as a terrible thing to do to 3 families who are traveling. We were 5 hours away from our home and it was 4:00 in the afternoon. We were "evicted" off the property and were not allowed back simply because we raised concerns about the overall safety and cleanliness of the property. This not only affected our family but the people who were traveling with us and cost us extra money at another hotel. This was terrible customer service and an awful way to treat customers.

Not enough towels & with so much construction going on there should’ve been a discount offered on the room. The thermometer my room did not allow me to change the temperature, I could only turn it on/off..
