Too bad the bathtub and shower are not fully renovated. Only one bath towel in the room. We were 2.

USRachel was pleasant.
We we’re not informed that the hotel is under renovations until we arrived. The lobby had plastic everywhere. It did not look premium whatsoever. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. We decided to head into the indoor pool, which was the main reason we booked. We were told the heat pump was not functional, but the pool was still usable. The pool had a disgusting, film and green algae on the side. Not usable whatsoever. The TV remote did not work. The air conditioner made so much noise. I was not able to sleep. Rude guests in and out of their rooms, slamming the doors, talking loudly on their phones and to each other I could hear every conversation and footsteps. I did not contact management because I was with my daughter and did not want to wake her on her birthday weekend. Definitely not worth the rate.
