USUSUSUSUSThe location to the highway was excellent. This was only a one night stay on our way to Florida. The hotel has been renovated. The room was very nice but we had a couple of issues.
Upon our arrival which was late night about midnight, the clerk gave us a room and when we opened the door there were no sheets on the bed, a bag of trash on the counter and the room wasn't clean. The clerk gave us another room on the same floor further down the hall. When we walked into the room it looked very nice, HOWEVER, upon opening the bathroom door there was a distinct order of marijuana having been smoked recently. There wasn't any physical evidence in the bathroom which otherwise looked very clean. I went back downstairs and told the clerk and he offered to move us a third time to a king suite on the 3rd floor. We declined the move as we were already very tired from traveling over 10 hours. The order eventually dispersed. I asked that we receive a discount on the room but were told in the morning at checkout that wasn't possible. The oder may possibly have come in through a vent from an adjacent room but again there wasn't any immediate evidence. The staff was very apologetic and made a note to for the cleaning staff to thoroughly clean the room. Other than that I would still recommend this hotel.
