Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bellevue -Omaha Area- by IHG

No parking, shower rod was broken and TV didn’t work. Facilities were clean though.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the air conditioner worked well. The room was clean. A nice breakfast also.

Daytime staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and price was good

Pool was cloudy and had hair in it. Beds were old and not comfy. Room smelled like dirty feet. Bath tub had hair in it and was not cleaned properly. Carpet was sticky and very dirty we had to keep shoes on. Hotel needs updated. Night staff had a lot of men hanging out at the desk and was dressed provocative.. unprofessional.

Snack shop was good. Rooms are spacious. I didn't get to use the pool

This hotel needs to be cleaned better. Just staying in another location and the level of cleanliness is so different

This place could definitely use some updating but over all it was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were perfect.

This hotel was way below expectations and our expectations were already low. Beds were leaking stained fluid, were dirty, and the rooms were just not clean. Keys malfunctioned multiple time, and we could not get checked in for 30 minutes. Through an unnecessarily extensive conversation with the manager, we were refunded partially for half of the rooms.

Scott was very professional and friendly. He providing us with all the information for our stay.

It was clean and most important once we entered our room it smelled GOOD cleaned.
