Room was set up nice and it was nice to have pool and hot tub but the jets in the hot tub were not working and pool area had poor housekeeping...

Front desk person at check in was rude and could not find my reservation

Bed was very comfortable. Family gathering and we used the tables and chairs for multiple conversations. Quiet night.

Check in wasn't friendly or welcoming. Your signage is hard to see, building is worn, elevator carpet is a trip hazard.

Carpet and floors dirty, ac filter plugged, hot tub not working correctly, sheetrock falling in pool area

Needs some updating, stayed at property twice in the last month and the TVs don’t work properly. Bathrooms, carpets need a redo. Swimming pool was gross our first visit & didn’t look great our 2nd.

We booked a room at this hotel for May 24. Upon arriving, we were told the hotel was overbooked and no room was available. After more than an hour of waiting in an obviously confused environment, the desk clerk returned and told us she had found a room. She attempted to give us a room with crumbs in the unmade bed and hairs in the bathroom. As no other rooms were available plus the long wait, we decided to leave and were told we would receive a refund. Two months later we have yet to receive a refund. Multiple calls and emails to multiple people at the hotel have not been returned. The general manager is always "not available" or "in a meeting," and has yet to respond. I will not consider staying at this hotel, or it's connected property (Candlewood Suites) again, and would warn anyone else who might be looking for a hotel in the Bellevue area.

Think hotel cleaning, comfort to sleep , dining area and foods are good for morning start. We enjoyed staying Holidays Express

Breakfast was great, friendly staff

Bathroom is called handicap accessible but the shower needs a holder for the shower head No place to put shower head when occupant is washing hair or body. Also curtain was too short which allowed much water to pool on the bathroom floor making it slippery which could have resulted in a bad fall. We had to put several towels on the floor to keep the floor from getting slippery. Why do hotels/motels not provide recliners? There are some of us that can only sleep comfortably in a recliner.
