EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND FAST

It was loud and smelled of marijuana. Room was still dirty with trash in the couch and on the floor. Ended up leaving a night early. Staff was nice.

My stay was great. What really set the tone was the friendliness of the staff at check-in. I believe the gentleman‘s name that checked me in was ROBERT and I really appreciate how welcome we felt.

Breakfast was great, staff helpful. The beds make too much noise

When we get to the room look ok but missing pillows,coffe,utensil,nosy, kid playing at round, Trying to open my room door, no control feom staff, when we decided to left box of little Ceasars at the floors, smell like mariguana. MR. ROBERT trying to help with the essentials, help most he can. Bed supper hard etc..

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Shuttle to the airport was easy to set up and instructions were clear. However, getting back to the hotel was more difficult because we were not provided a number to call once we landed. We called the hotel’s front desk and they gave us the number of the shuttle driver. We called 3x and nobody answered. We called the hotel back and the receptionist said she would get in touch with the driver for us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel which wasn’t bad, but I feel if a number for the shuttle was provided, this process would have been easier.
