The bed was hard and pillows were to soft I needed all four for myself

Too many birthday parties and our room was not clean. Carpet was beyond dirty and room was littered with random garbage.

I enjoyed my stay the only thing was room got hot and air didn’t work properly .

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much at such a low price; everything far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a large selection (I don’t think I had any hot food but the pastries, cereal, yogurt and coffee was fantastic). Thanks for a relaxing stay!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff was polite. The only issue i had was the amount of children’s parties that were being had around me …..booked the room to get away from my own children for the weekend but spent a lot of my night dealing with kids knocking on the door and then running/laughing down the hall . I did overall manage to enjoy my weekend so i didn’t want to bother the staff with my grievances in the moment .

This was our first stay here and we stayed for two nights for the New Years holiday. We are a disabled couple with one of us in a wheelchair and both of us vision impaired. We had a great check in experience, the front desk person helped us find our room and helped us with our luggage. We booked the handicapped accessible room with the roll in shower. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only small problem with the room was getting the wheelchair past the corner of the bathroom area and into the main area of the room as it was a tight area with the shelving on the other side. In the roll in shower the fold down seat was helpful but since it was cushioned and when getting wet it was hard to stay on the bench. I would suggest a different type of seat for the roll in shower. We utilized the pool area and enjoyed it very much, however since there was a big party there for the holiday there were not enough chairs and tables to sit at in the pool area and someone took the chair we were using at the table and didnt seem to care we needed it. I would suggest more chairs and tables in the pool area. We also took advantage of the great buffet breakfast, it was awesome with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. Since there was a huge party there for the holiday there was a strong smell of weed in the hallway which was very annoying, Overall this was a great stay with some minor annoyances. We would definitely come back another time apart from the New years holiday.

ROBERTO at the front desk was amazing! The property was clean, breakfast was hot and the noise level throughout was pleasant. I was surprised they had egg white veggie omelettes and turkey sausage for us who care about this kinda stuff lol

Stayed here in October and everything was good. Brought my family here in December for 6 days over the holidays. Did not have maid service for 5 days. Had to get our own towels, TP, and ran out of soap. The halls smelled like pot. Was not a good experience. Will not be returning.
