Proximity to my destination

The HVAC unit would only blow cold air. The temperature controls on the unit under the window did not work. The thermostat on the wall did not make any differences. Brought it to front desk attention. No service was called. Very uncomfortable. The hotel Management was apologetic but could not offer a refund due to booking through here.

Everything was nice and clean.

It was just near a truck stop.

The beds and pillow was very comfortable! I loved the pillows.

The doors slammed and woke us up. They need slow soft shutting doors.

Smells good, confortable breakfast was good they had many options.

Nothing

The breakfast was fine, the staff members at the desk were great.

This property was $20 cheaper than the Hilton (where I am an honor’s member) but I gave it a chance because the location was preferred. When we arrived the check in experience was easy/and staff was helpful. But when I arrived to the room, the door was propped open, as a woman I was a bit anxious I was going to walk in on someone, I didn’t thankfully. As soon as I walked in I could tell the floor was not swept/vacuumed. I thought fine they were in a hurry or it’s not protocol. Then when later I start to take a shower, I look up and see previously used washcloths hanging (what I assumed was up to dry) on the bar holding the shower curtain, and now I’m naked in the shower and see this room was not properly cleaned in many ways, but it was late and we hiked all day so at this point I just couldn’t wait to leave, I didn’t want to say anything because they what would have moved me, and the entire reason I chose this hotel was for the 2 person jacuzzi tub in the room. At this point if my options are Hilton or Holiday Inn, and Hilton comes with a minor inconvenience I am choosing Hilton everytime due to the cleanliness.

Good location to turnpike. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Expensive for 1 night.
