It was clean, right off of the main boardwalk and the best part is the full breakfast they offer. Not just bagels and muffins, protein too, and lots of options!

I do wish there was more than one elevator and I wish the breakfast was over at 10 instead of 9:30., but other than that, I have zero complaints!

The location is genuinely one of its strongest point, about a 20-minute walk to the beach, which makes it convenient for a coastal trip. Hours flexibility stood out as well; access to the sauna and pool extended into quieter hours after the crowds died down, which we appreciated.

Room placement was a real problem, we specifically requested to be away from the elevator and were placed directly beside it (Room 315). The walls offer almost no sound insulation: elevator mechanics, door banging, and hallway noise ran continuously through the night and into early morning. Breakfast service was understaffed, no table refills on the first morning, not enough seating, and guests were handed a cloth to wipe their own tables. The building and interiors are visibly aged, which is disclosed in other reviews, but combined with everything else, the overall experience fell well below what reviews justified. At peak summer rates, the same budget gets you a legitimate 5-star property elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk had great customer service. She let us check in early with young kids it was a huge help! Ty ! Will definitely be back.
