"Great room with amazing views!"

Great room with an amazing view of the harbor. Our two kids loved watching the bald eagles flying around the harbor, and the harbor seals! This was our favorite hotel of the entire trip. We will be back!

I explained that I am a lite sleeper and asked to be put in a room away from the elevator. When I went to the room I was right next to the elevator. I asked to be moved and they refused to move me. When I got into the room the heating unit was make a loud noises. I notice again asked to be move but was refused a different room.

Beautiful place and scenery

Well i requested a room with a tub and it was confirmed by staff but once I arrived no tub I ask the front desk but they said there's none available and well I twin boys that r 1 so needless to say well we made it work with the shower but it was a mess

It’s clean and the pool was at the right temperature.

Nothing I can think of…maybe a discount for Alaskans would be great!
