Here’s a polished Google review that hits all the points clearly and professionally, while still being honest: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ The Holiday Inn Manahawkin is a very nice hotel, and the fact that it’s connected to an awesome arcade, restaurant, and go-kart track is a huge bonus for families. The rooms were clean and updated, and the location is great. However, I did have two issues. When I called the front desk to ask about adding breakfast, the staff redirected me to Expedia—only for Expedia to tell me that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast at all. I could’ve avoided sitting on hold if the front desk had just told me that from the beginning. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, which was a disappointment since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with fun amenities attached, but there were a couple of things that definitely could have been handled better.
