The welcoming at the front desk and no feathers!!

The advertisement of the restaurant as being open late wasn't clear and after traveling for hours, the kitchen closed half an hour before we arrived. Breakfast isn't part of the stay and starts at noon which is late.

Front desk ladies were accommodating

The bed sunk at the middle and at 1:00am I learned the curtains didn’t close and we were in a room where there was a huge lighted billboard that changed colors all night. Both the bed and the lights caused me no sleep. Apparently, I learned at checkout that there are hidden curtains behind the curtains. What kind of hotel wants to play games with their customers?!
