friendly staff good location love lobby ambience beds are hit or miss some are old

bathrooms are very dated shower could use a handheld faucet too mattresses when checking in last time at 1 am new staff was being trained and delayed check in by 15-20 mins please not at 1am!

"It was the perfect for our romantic getaway"

Everything was very good. All the staff met in person were professional and helpful. The room was nicely kept. The view was not so nice, but it was ok. The food at the Mainland was exceptionally good. Thank you.

When I called to confirm with reservations, the female employee was rude and abrupt. and was not happy that the reservations were make through a 3rd party site. Very unpleasant woman.

I liked all the Christmas decorations. It really put me in the holiday spirit. Mostly, it was a very clean room which was exceptional and the Dove products were a bonus! Great hamburger too!

I didn't like my cosmopolitan. Too bitter.
