"Lack of continental breakfast was very disappointing."

How could I judge about the breakfast? There was none sad to say the restaurant was closed. Didn’t open until noon. They did offer fresh coffee, but everything else had to be paid for very disappointing

My room location was terrible. I looked out the window and saw nothing but rooftops and machinery.

"Dirty, expensive, don't add up"

It was okay, amenities aren't open long enough to enjoy. Went out to dinner came back and everything closed by nine. Paid for breakfast, didn't have it. It just felt like nobody cared or knew what was happening. I tried to redeem my breakfast vouchers but I had already been told it would revert back to a regular room charge and then I felt pressured to choose within a 20$ price range when breakfast was supposed to feed me and my guest. Bizarre customer experience. Can't go back for seconds if there's not even a first y'know?

No breakfast, cost 220+ dollars, amenities closed by nine, moldy dirty windows with visible mold, go look, room 231, ew, crumbs under bed. Like...if I was a karen I wanted my money back lowkey.

Location, cleanliness, comfort of the rooms, restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Overall was a very comfortable place to stay, and we have returned several times.
