The rooms were huge, as was the breakfast! The staff were all mind and exceedingly helpful. Very, very clean! Wonderful location!👏

The pool was over chlorinated. My kids complained of burning eyes and coughed a lot, as did I.

"Great stop with our doggie on our way home."

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the birds from our room window. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Location is close to walking trails and lots of food options.

It was close to the college

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. They put me in a room with one bed and a Hot tub. I do not use hot tubs, and I needed a room with 2 queen beds. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I need an adjustment on the rate that I paid. I spoke with management and there is no adjustment as of yet. I need booking.com to get an adjustment as I used your site. This was the first time for me to use booking.com and I certainly hope you make the needed price changes.

The food service attendant is really nice and her customer service is phenomenal. The front desk assistants were also very nice and we are well accommodated when we checked in late at night. Their manner is very pleasant.

Really nice staff. Visited to bring our daughter to CWU, staff was very friendly even let us have a later checkout to accommodate our daughters move-in time on campus
