"Clean, Modern, Quiet "

We stayed in Ellensburg recently, and the Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, had a welcoming staff, and a terrific continental breakfast. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. Even though we didn't bring our pets, they were a pet friendly option with places to walk dogs.

I am pleased to write that I had a typical Holiday Inn Express experience in Ellensburg. The place looked fresh and new, check-in was quick and handled by a friendly and competent staff member, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a large assortment of tasty choices for breakfast in the morning.

"It was too expensive for what was more like a motel six."

The shower and bathroom need renovations. The tub grout was black in places making the guest think the entire facility was dirty. A room is rated by the bathroom and decor.

Great location. The kids loved the pool. We liked the suite we stayed in that had a door to the bedroom so we were able to hang out comfortably after the kids had fallen asleep. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff handling the breakfast services were so kind!

No real complaints!

Our room door wouldn’t properly close and thus couldn’t lock. They didn’t have any more rooms to accommodate us. Super bummerz. They tried to fix and it was pretty much a fail.
