We stayed for one night. Staff were really nice and attentive. Very clean throughout. Lovely abundant breakfast but I wouldn't recommend the scrambled eggs. Overall it was a good experience and we will return.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, very clean bathroom and room. Big comfy bed and choice of pillows. Could do with a safe in the room. Good location with easy access to local buses to city centre & further afield. Asada on the doorstep for forgotten essentials & snacks.

"Disappointing"

First the positives excellent helpful staff and room was clean.However the bathroom was tired the sink cracked and the tap produced a poor stream of lukewarm water.Due to staff shortages only curry’s and pizzas were available in evening.quality was ok however.Sleep was spoilt by non existent soundproofing.Could hear every word and snoring next door and loud thumping music from fitness class in club next door which started at 6 am on Easter Monday!Breakfast was very poor.Hot items left out far too long and all bread items hard and dried out.Only croissants were edible.Serving area was very small and rude people kept cutting in front.Juice was terrible and coffee not much better.I am sorry to leave such a negative review but the staff and cleanliness make it three stars.

The property needs painting as most of the woodwork is chipped and damaged. The air con didn’t work and there are no windows so the room was hot smelly and uncomfortable

"Night out in Norwich "

Clean comfortable, close to our evening out and able to get a drink at the bar late night. Breakfast included in the price… can’t fault it really.
