Friendly staff

Exceptional staff: Obada at front desk and Theresa in dining area. Spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, good furniture and appointments. The social gathering at 5:00 pm was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended.

The staff weren’t friendly at all but I could tell they were very short staffed. We weren’t able to check in at our check in time and had to stand around and when we got to our rooms you could tell they weren’t cleaned well at all. Overall nice place with great rooms and a nice breakfast.

We paid $500 for one night in this VERY BASIC hotel. We needed to be in Fargo but the rate was exorbitant because there was a concert here. Our reason for being in Fargo had nothing to do with the concert but it was a “seller’s “‘market and they took advantage of it. That is fine BUT IF YOU DO THAT you have to deliver a quality product and they did not. Some examples: despite the fact that they knew there were three people staying in the room there was ONE coffee cup and two bath towels. We had to ask for sheets, etc for the sofa bed and when they arrived the blanket had a big hole in it. I have a picture of it. Our daughter, who works in homeless services in Minneapolis, says they would not have accepted that as a donation! The one bright spot is that the woman who delivered the bedding was lovely. There was essentially no breakfast food left at 10:15. Here is the bottom line- if you are going to charge those kinds of rates you have to up your game or AT THE VERY LEAST deliver the minimum.

I have always stayed at Staybridge and in particular, this property as it offers 2 bedroom suites. I have not been here in a number of years and the time has taken its toll. Check in was fine although the computers were down. The room was clean except for the mirror in one bedroom looked as though it had sticky cleaner poured on it, as well as the door. The shampoo and body wash in both bathrooms were completely empty. I did not bring any with me as I thought it would be provided. Dishes were left clean in the dishwasher, the lock on the door (200) would stick and required a number of tries with the keycard to get it to open. When we went to start loading the car, the keycard did not work when we came back to the room-- it had already been changed although we did not check out. The parking near the door closest to our room was convenient until you tried to get back in the hotel and had to walk to the front entrance. The keycard mechanism was missing. We had no housekeeping service after our 1st night there-- no new towels. We went to the front desk and they spared one towel for us. Other than that, the beds and sheets were comfortable, the room was spacious, the heating was sufficient and the breakfast we decent. I don't think we will stay here again. We spent $217 per night for the suite but it just wasn't up to the usual service I usually receive. It saddens me as I now have to look for another spot that I can count on with good service.

Short stay in the perfect room, the bed rooms were generous the living room area a bit small. The rooms were clean and the staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. A very quiet stay but a full hotel.

I appreciated the 2 room suite. Staff was not helpful with issues; out of soap, breakfast was out of juice, toaster only worked if you held down the lever, cold in the dining area, yet they didn't know how to turn on fireplace. Small things that just kept adding up.

Love the 2 bedroom suites. Very clean. Only thing that was odd, was the pullout couch didn't come with a blanket. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay

The bathroom floors and bathtub were not very clean. There were two bath towels for five people. The hot tub jets weren’t working, and the hot tub had dirt on the bottom. I wasn’t impressed and likely wouldn’t return.

I love Staybridge suites hotels with the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom option. It was very comfortable. The evening happy hour and breakfast were both good. Very friendly staff at both.
