Staybridge Suites Fargo by IHG

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived. There was another gentleman who actually called the number on one of the Staybridge business cards to get service to the front desk.

Excellent staff!

Flexible hours on the pool/whirlpool. Nice breakfast area, business area and living area. Broken bed in the suite. Needs some trash pick-up around the lawns.

We were first put into a room that had no air conditioning other than 2 portable units in the bedrooms. The bathroom floor looked as if a wet mop had been dragged across a dirty floor. There were used masks beside and under the bed, dead insects in the bathroom and bedroom. We asked to be moved to another suite which was cleaner and had working a/c. We then did not see housekeeping in our room at all for the entire 3 day stay. Would not recommend.

Price. $50.00 extra for pet is excessive. Especially when not advertised. Won’t stay there again. Lots of other pet friendly hotels in fargo

We had 2 rooms, air conditioner in both rooms didn't work right. One room was 80 degrees and when we spoke to the front desk, they gave us a fan to put in the room to circulate the air. Very uncomfortable. The other room would only cool to 72 degrees even if the thermostat was set to 68 degrees. we set the fan to ON, it only ran when the air conditioner kicked in, which was sporadic. Not a good experience.

The hotel was very clean and nice, like everywhere else short staffed. The room was very nice. Breakfast was goid with a wide selection to choose from. The staff was very nice also.

Plenty of space in our room and the breakfast options were fantastic!

The smoke or co alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The first night we were moved. Second night it did it again. It didn’t do it during the day. The lady was rude when I told her about when we were leaving. Nobody around at night or hard to find to report problems. Never again.

The hotel is showing its age. A refresh is needed. Staff were excellent. They went out of their way to help us out. I really appreciate the two bedroom suite - it’s great for giving family members space. Breakfast was good. Staff taking care of breakfast helped me out which I appreciated. Loved the mini waffle maker - would be great for families with little ones who can’t eat a whole waffle as you can make 1-4 small waffles at once.
