What a great experience we had at this hotel at this hotel in every way. There was a minor problem with our role when we checked in. The front desk went way above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us into rooms that would work. We are very happy this all worked out. On a sidenote, the free breakfast here was easily one of the best I’ve ever had, free or paid for! Top scores in every category, thanks to everyone at this hotel

I love how spacious and comfortable the suite we have booked. Apparently, one bedroom wasn’t heating up and feels colder than the other room. So we tried calling the front reception but all the telephones were not working. Then we went to the front desk, and the receptionist was not very accommodating and sounds rude. Although, she offered a heater, she talks more than she listens, and i never felt heard at all.

The thermostat was set at 76 but room never got over 69. 69 st bedtime it when we got up it was 65 and wouldn’t get warmer. I slept wearing my coat.
