Staybridge Suites Fargo by IHG

The staff were extremely invasive and rude.

While this is said to be a pet friendly hotel, it is not. There is absolutely no pet relieving area. When we asked about it they told us to just lift our dog up into the planter boxes (full of wood chips) next to the street for relieving themselves. Not at all worth the $75 charge for our pet.

Good hotel to stay

The only complaint I have is the parking lot was really icy. All the staff was friendly especially Theresa who worked in the breakfast buffet.

They had no ice machines. You needed to start the ice maker in the fridge and that took a while.

Our check in was terrible. The experience took near an hour or a little more just to get a room. Meanwhile we were standing there with all of our stuff. Then we finally got a room only to be called back to ask for a card for incidentals hours after our check in. The man on duty was kind and chatty, but new little to nothing about the computer system or how to assist in getting us into the room.

Clean

This is a beautiful hotel and extremely comfortable. The staff is amazing!

Expensive. No pool.
