Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - West Chester

It was a close drive to my granddaughters lacrosse tournament. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Breakfast was a little lack luster

TV did not work right. 5 channels only. Toilet barely flushed. Horrible smell coming from bathroom sink. Came to breakfast 3 different days and they had no coffee cups, yogurt, eggs, sausage/ bacon, water bottles, napkins or forks. Main lobby bathroom had no toilet tissue in any stall.

Everything was great but the whole place had a smell that was unpleasant to us. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections and was kept clean. Staff made sure there was always fresh eggs and sausage. Staff was courteous.

It was very clean the workers were very nice and helpful only bad thing was the water pressure it was rlly high and irritated my skin

My family and I checked into the hotel on June 13, 2025. For the most part, our stay was uneventful. However, on the final night, I noticed a discrepancy on our bill: we appeared to be charged for two rooms, despite having only reserved and occupied one. I approached the front desk to address the issue. When I explained the concern to the clerk on duty, he insisted that I had booked two rooms. I calmly tried to clarify that this was not the case, but he became increasingly frustrated and hostile. Sensing the situation was escalating, I began recording the interaction on my phone. This action appeared to aggravate him further, and he struck the phone out of my hand. At that point, I informed him I would be contacting the police and proceeded to call the authorities. State troopers arrived, documented the incident, and filed a report, but unfortunately, their involvement did little to resolve the issue. The next morning during checkout, I spoke with the manager, who requested a copy of the video. However, to my knowledge, no corrective action was taken, nor was any follow-up provided. When I later inquired about the outcome of the situation, I was told that due to labor laws, they could not disclose any information. Given the severity of the incident and the lack of accountability or resolution, I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others.

Bedroom had A/c unit literally right next to bed and pull out couch/bed Innother room had no A/c unit . So one room freezing and other sweltering hot

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and the premises were very clean.
