They canceled my trip at check in: due to an issue with booking.com. I called booking.com to settle the matter walked back into the hotel to be informed by the front desk that he had canceled my reservation. I had to pay for another room in another hotel with kids in tow. Very frustrating

"Near Longwood Gardens"

Room was great but breakfast was not so good. Dining area opened at 8 and by most of food was gone, not sure if it was even good or not. Room was pricier than normal so would been nice to have a simple breakfast

Paid way more than I should have for 2 nights. Another member in our party got a suite with full kitchen 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms for $100 less than I paid for a double room. Hotel had a former HOOTERS and DUNKIN DONUT actually attached to the hotel and it was in horrible shape (falling down, dirty, looked like a homeless camp). No pool access 1st day due to "State Inspection" according to staff, they did open it on our 2nd evening. The hallways were so hot they made you sick to your stomach. The 3rd floor smelled so bad like the Indian Restaurant on the 1st floor. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Suite rooms were nice with plenty of space and two bathrooms. Proximity to everything in town. Clean. Front office folks were great. Value was awesome through booking.com for a suite room.

Super Hot hallways and elevators, super hot eating breakfast, restaurant odor throughout, being told pool was closed then it magically opened the next day when the hotel was full, breakfast wasn’t kept full and had to wait a long time for it to be refilled by employee that seemed we were bothering him, towels weren’t full at arrival, room air didn’t take humidity out of air, rooms seemed to have a lot of wear in them and weren’t being kept up.

Nothing

Let me tell you, does not look like the pictures at all! Sheets and towels smell. Elevator had an odor all the time . Room was very outdated , old , nothing was comfortable about my Stay at all.
