Holiday Inn Santee by IHG

Second time staying there , very nice place

The property and local staff are outstanding. The national reservation line, though may inhibit me from ever staying at an IHG property again.

Our room was wonderful. The staff was so very nice, both at check in and in the restaurant

The guest in room 306 that was right next to our room kept us up all night. Between the extremely loud TV, his up all night yelling, vomiting and banging we got very little sleep. It was reported to staff at 145 am about his behavior by my going down to the front desk. An attempt was made at 230 by the staff to get an answer from the room by banging on his door but nothing changed, the TV remained loud all night waking my children up multiple times from 3am till 8am. Very very dissatisfied at how the situation was handled. We had gotten here after a 10 hour drive with a 6 hour drive ahead of us today and none of us with any real sleep because of this unruly guest.

Clean. But pretty dated room. No breakfast.

Very clean and there was a restaurant on property.

The property is always clean. It is very nice that they have a restaurant & bar in the facility.

It was pretty clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool was out of order and breakfast is not included

Really liked the free coffee, water station in the lobby and the friendly, helpful staff! The lighting in the bathroom was too dim.
