Location and accepted pets

Says--pet friendly, but their sign in the lobby states- no pets in public areas. Meanwhile, there are no first floor rooms, our dog has to enter the eleva6and public areas. Also there is no buffet breakfast. You have to pay, and when we went to eat (with in the hrs posted they were open) they were closed, because someone webbed gone early.
