The room was clean and bigger than expected ( big plus) but they were knocking on our door at 9:15 am to see about checkout. I responded to their text and let them know we were not leaving til the checkout time given, 11am and they again proceeded to come knock on our door a little after 10 am. I wasn't happy feeling like I had to rush to leave. The price was $9 higher than we were told, wasn't bad but still more than our Expedia confirmation which said it included tax. Front desk staff were friendly. All in all it wasn't a bad experience except for feeling very rushed to leave the following morning. That was very disappointing. Liked they offered a breakfast buffet ( not included but reasonably priced)

"Overall the stay was Great we will definitely return in the future."

The Staff was AMAZING 5⭐️’s. Threw my daughters 10th Birthday Party at the Water Park everyone had an amazing time I even enjoyed the Lazy river and Jacuzzi.

Spider webs at side entrance, bedroom window and big red spider in living room area in my room. I think the rooms should have a different price if you’re not gonna indulge in the Water Park. Also for the price of the room Breakfast should be included.

Location

The suite wasn't sweet. Coffee maker too high, inconvient. Sun beating in bedroom, need curtains. Only couch to sit on, need recliner, also. Cheap bathroom items. No hot water one morning. No decorations in room.
