The pool was good wish I knew before booking that it wasn't open the whole trip

The hot water in our room took forever we had to run the faucets for quite some time before it was even warm.

Staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. The ladies putting it together were always ready to help and please.

1st room we' were in, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. 2nd room was somewhat better.

"loud - not relaxing"

The manager was extremely helpful and tried to find solutions

We stayed 4 nights in a king suit. The room was loud the first night, the window didn't shut all the way, and the highway noise was loud. It was drafty. The heating unit sounded like a jet engine about to take off every 15 minutes .. all night long. The cleaning staff started cleaning the next morning at 8:30 am in the room right above us - and that was also extremely loud. Sounded like someone was literally throwing furniture around. She must have been a mad cleaner. We moved rooms. In the new room - The bathroom door needed WD40 and was really squeaky - we actually went and got some to fix the issue ourselves. It woke us both up again at night when the bathroom door was opened or shut. Their cleaning staff must not be able to hear. The bathroom sink didn't drain - gross. The pillows were lumpy, and the bathroom towels were stained and had holes. For what we paid - not very impressed. $250 is a lot per night. The vending machine was sold out of water ... :/ ice machine was broken on our floor. Lots of issues the whole time. Wasn't super clean.

The staff is amazing. Helpful and kind. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Very impressive!

The mattress was not very comfy. Not awful, but could definitely be softer.
