"TV service terrible "

The staff is great. Hotel is clean. But the TV’s are awful. I stay here often and the older model TV’s with remotes that don’t work, even when directly on the receiver (new batteries) is consistent. No matter what room I have stayed in, it is the same. I stay in Holiday Inn hotels all over the country. Never had this problem anywhere else but here.

"Our visit was to attend a wedding the hotel accommodations were excellent"

The breakfast gave us great variety. The room was spacious and plenty of room to sit and eat. We also used the room later to visit with family.

The pancake machine kept breaking down . The attendant had keep checking and adjusting it.

There was plenty of food. The coffee was excellent. I had oatmeal, and it was perfect.

In our room, the little personal coffee machine was way up high, hard to reach. I really couldn't use it, and that is one thing I always like, is to have coffee as I am getting dressed. Just a minor thing, but I would have used it if it had been down lower on a table.

"Stay was great price was high"

The location was great, convenient to everything in a small town. Probably the best motel there.

The price was high. I don't pay that when I stay in bigger cities. You were about 60 dollars higher but because I stay in Holliday Inn Express when I travel I paid it.

"Disgusting room and dishonest management"

Don't even think of staying at this dump. The tub was filthy. I could not take a shower because the tub was disgusting. Complained to management. They said there was nothing wrong with the tub. So apparently dirty, disgusting tubs are normal for this hotel. They also, when you check out, sneak in a 3% credit card usage fee. They said it is normal for the industry. Absolutely not true. I have been travelling all over the country and not once was a charged a credit card fee at a hotel. So in addition to dirty bathroooms, lying and deception to their guests is also a feature at this poor excuse for a hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...........
