"This is my third time here, if l need to return to Dayton I’m definitely coming back to this hotel!"

The breakfast was very good. The room was bug free! The location of the hotel was excellent, very quiet and serene! The staff was very courteous. Internet access was easy. Love the shades!

Had some trouble with the TV…I’ve checked into a Holiday Inn Express in Nashville, Tn. and their TV access was superior.

"Nice but cold indoor pool "

Breakfast is so good! Room was very clean. Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. They have changed from the IG hotel bedding and mattresses. But still nice. Also the indoor pool is never really warm. My kids shiver in it but still try and swim. Just fyi if you are wanting the hotel for that reason.

We were surprised by a additional fee at check in. Informed the owners did not accept credit card payment thru Booking.com app and required additional fee.
