"wont stay again"

breakfast not very good too institutional.

elevator noise, they didnt have my reservation from booking .com and i paid full price out of pocket. room had a odd smell.

"Booking Canceled with NO Notification"

The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable.

I booked my stay with Holiday Inn Express. Two weeks before my arrival, they changed names to Comfort Inn and Suites. They deleted my booking.com reservation and did not notify me. I had to cancel my booking.com reservation on site and request a refund and book with the hotel directly. This process took me over 2 hours.
