It was a short stay but we found the property to be convenient and clean and the staff was very friendly at both check in and the next morning when we left. The breakfast area was well stocked & fresh and the attendant was friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable and VERY clean. Housekeeping staff was on our floir when we were leaving and so very friendly. Seriously all around smiling people working here 🙂 That goes A LONG WAY! This location was perfect for our reason for coming to Shreveport. Will definitely consider staying here again when we come back.

The front desk employees were friendly and efficient.

My TV did not work. I called the front desk to let someone know and was told by Shirley that she didn’t know anything about TVs. She said I could get a discount or points for my TV not working.
