The hotel was fine...it's BOOKING.COM that I will never use again since they don't stand behind getting me a refund for the room since THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AND HANICAPPED PEOPLE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME!!!! NO MORE BOOKING.COM FOR ME.

"Disabled reserver beware !!"

The location was near our family and it is always clean.

The elevator was broken we weren’t notified until we got to the hotel and they refused to switch us to first floor nor refund us and my husband is disabled and our room was 3rd floor which meant 4 flights of steps .. the person at the desk couldn’t have cared less.. from now on we will book in Wentzville at a different hotel chain .

"Greatly overpriced for the condition of hotel."

Ok. Sausage gravy is very bland, eggs overcooked.

Pool was very cloudy, housekeeping needed for sticky floors. Carpet is beginning to roll up in some areas, pretty dirty. Luggage carts barely work. No wifi, only local channels on tv.
