My mother and kids stayed here during our family trip to Charleston. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is a pool and fitness center plus a help yourself coffee bar in the lounge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

"Decent but could use some TLC"

I loved the staff was very friendly and helped get the bedding we needed and also the morning breakfast staff lady was super sweet. The beds were soft and tv guide helped since we don’t usually use live tv it helped us find things we would like to watch. LOVED they had actually shampoo & conditioner that are not tiny since we are a family of 6 and the tiny bottles never work for us. Dove and Olay is our favorite so they had dove that worked perfect. Easy check in and check out.

The bathroom walls bubbling off, sink in room leaking & mini fridge didn’t work and was leaking from side. Both elevators sounded a little scary.
