Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midland Loop 250 by IHG

Everything was exceptional, room’s r great, and breakfast rocks! Check in was easy and went to rooms without issues. Location was perfect and parking as well! Swimming area looked very nice as well, beds were comfy! Being a business trip we always stay here.

The hotel itself was great. The check in clerk was extremely nice and the rooms were very clean with comfy beds. My only issue (and reason for the 3 star) was that we booked 2 rooms on the same floor (traveling with teen grandkids), were told they were available by the reservation dept and when we got there, they had to put us on separate floors. The check in clerk was very nice but nothing could be done because we were a late arrival. Not the hotels fault but your corp reservation agent failed us. Not much sleep for this grandma worried about her grandkids on a different floor!

When we went down for breakfast at 8am everything was empty except the biscuits. Everything else was 5 star. The front desk workers were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were very clean and well kept. But personally I do not like their pillows.

Everything was fine, pool was closed so it was a bummer because I came with kids and had nothing else to do we only stayed one night. Room was clean, it has a nice bathroom. I guess your typical Holiday Inn Express close from a Target and some good restaurants. Good breakfast

Having a public washer was super handy. Baseball kids get dirty so being able to have them all stay there, get breakfast, and wash their clothes was super handy. Breakfast was good. I felt bad because they couldn't keep up but we did have a bunch eat at once.

The hotel was nice, it was new, comfortable and clean. But I had a bad experience at reception. The receptionist did not greet us or even let us know when we were done. She did not acknowledge us. She did not tell us our room number. Did not give us our card back until I asked. She had an overall bad attitude and was rude.

We had a great stay over the weekend. The hotel is perfectly located for quick and easy access to food and shopping. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed swimming. The staff was so nice and attentive. We were able to get some laundry done. There was nothing that was left to be desired!

Very nice hotel that was conveniently located off of Loop 250 in Midland, TX. Located close to several different restaurants and shopping outlets including Midland Park Mall. The hotel recently went through a renovation and still had a brand new feel to it. Staff was friendly and readily available to assist with any of our needs. Will be staying there again!

It was pet free, and very clean.

Very helpful staff. Had a crazy work week, weather delays. Checked out then had to check back in for two more days. Staff were very understanding and friendly. The breakfast was great along with the two different rooms I stayed in the same week.
