Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midland Loop 250 by IHG

The bed is very comfy, breakfast was very tasty. Swimming pool was very fun I would love more chair in the room and at least a small table so I can eat on eggs and sausage we're era good as well, coffee was hot and fresh. Restroom needs a strattion that way it want smell

Decent hotel, however on Friday morning we got to the breakfast at 0845 and it was open til 0900, had no food. Asked the worker she didn’t even respond to me just walked off.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very accommodating. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not open when scheduled. We were on a very tight schedule and could not wait, especially having no idea how long the wait might be. We left with empty stomachs.

The hotel was great clean and all that. Bed was comfortable but when getting in or out of either bed sounded horrible and like it was gonna fall apart. Would of been 5 stars if not for that

I usually do not write reviews, but the staff here were so overwhelmingly hospitable , generous and genuinely caring. They all presented themselves in a professional manner and were happy to help however they could. I left a very expensive bag in my room which carries the shrine of all my daily make-up. I came back 3 hours later, nervous to ask if housecleaning had found it since in previous experiences, the outcome was less than pleasing. The housecleaning manager didn’t find it in the lost and found by the front desk, but offered to go through the upstairs loft and found and the housecleaning carts in case in got left there at the end of their shift. I couldn’t have been more excited to see her coming down the hallway bag in hand!!!! I LOVE honesty and the integrity of those hard-working women! Great Job Midland Holiday Inn! Keep up your great services!!!

The bed was very comfortable but the hot water never got hot. I let it run for about 15 minutes and it was always Luke warm. But the breakfast was really good.

Parking lot construction made Ingres and egress difficult.

New feel, and clean

Hotel is being remodeled, if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked. pretty noisy, from vehicles driving by, doors and locks were loud, and the Beds were loud too, you can hear a metal sound probably the base of the bed when you move. Staff was slow to replenish food for breakfast. Staff at check in was very nice and respectful. Check in was at 3 but we werent able to get room until 430. Terrible toilet paper.

Even though it was under renovation, this place was super clean. The room was modern, roomy and all new. The staff was friendly. We will be making this our first choice when we are in Midland again.
