"Pay to stay then pay to get your car back"

Hotel shares a small parking lot with a college apartment complex. Hotel will ask you at check in for your license plate number and make and model of your vehicle and phone number. They provide a flimsy piece of paper for a parking pass to be placed on your dashboard. If you forget to place it back on your dashboard or if it falls off when you close the door, they will tow your vehicle without the courtesy of a phone call. If you complain they will tell you there is nothing they can do and you have to walk across the street to the towing company they have an “arrangement” with. $190 to get your car back with not one ounce of sympathy. Hotel is dated. Front desk staff is extremely rude. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Toilet was broken. Phone in room was from 1980 and had no dial tone. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend staying elsewhere!
