Holiday Inn Express Durham-UNH by IHG

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful, but very disappointed with the noise from the air conditioner all night long along with the loud refrigerator running.

super new apartment, very clean, excellent shower, good breakfast, would come back for a weekend.

Hôtel très propre, très moderne. Bonne taille de chambre. Excellent service, nouvelles serviettes tous les jours, sol aspiré, lits faits. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel gentil et serviable ( intervenu immédiatement pour un bruit à la salle de bain). Zone calme et agréable.

Dommage qu'il manque une piscine et ce serait parfait.

Clean and comfortable bed and loved the pillows. Good night sleep.

The hotel, apparently sharing a small parking lot with an apartment building, was quite different from other HIE I’ve stayed at lately. Fine, but people not staying at the hotel seem to congregate at the middle entrance (not visible from lobby area. Some come in and sit in the chairs by that door and play on their phones for extended periods. The rock propping the door open is a giveaway. If I were homeless, this is where I’d come for bathroom and wifi and AC. And maybe that explains why the room I was given had an unmade bed? The desk clerk was good about getting me another room (on the humid 3rd floor and smelling too much of Fabreze). A lot just seemed a bit sketchy.

Amazing and easy access to entertainment, site seeing and stores.

The reason I did not give 5 stars is because this property was not worth $350 a night. I was expecting a lot more for that price!
