Holiday Inn Express Durham-UNH by IHG

I didn’t like the price! Almost $400 for a double bed for one night in early June. Highway robbery! I can get a hotel in NYC for less than that!

Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, hot water and those cinnamon rolls for breakfast-tough to beat!

Consistently Excellent Stays I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn in Durham, NH on several occasions, and it’s always a pleasure. The hotel is consistently clean, convenient, and welcoming. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel of this size—well-maintained and fully equipped. And the breakfast? Absolutely killer! It’s a great way to start the day. I look forward to returning again soon.

Location to UNH campus

Cost I understand the dynamic/demand pricing structure and model that is typically used in today’s market, but I think that the price charged was too high based on the type of hotel and amenities. That being said, the stay was pleasant and the rooms were clean.

Excellent, well kept property. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Considering the hotel was pretty empty, was sort of surprised at the relatively high cost, though it is pretty much the only show in town.

Meh. For $400 a night you'd at least think you'd have a clean room. Nope. Stained carpets, dirty windows....odd smell. Won't be staying again.
