Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dyersburg by IHG

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful property! And room was so big, it could've housed many more than just the 2 of us. Although we didn't have a chance to take advantage, the gym, pool, and office facilities all looked nice and clean. Great breakfast too!

Getting to the hotel was challenging. Driving through another hotel's parking lot on a gravel road, really? Hopefully that changes once construction in the area is done.

Some of the staff was very helpful and really tried to help with my problem. The location was great.

The hotel shower was outdated, and the tub didn't drain so the water just sitting on my feet. The room smelled like of mold. The room just didn't seem clean. That room shouldn't have available.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Love the pool area!!!

The bathroom had a smell of urine. Also, one set of sheets had an old stain on it.

The young lady at the front desk was so kind. She didn't rush through the process and I appreciate that.

The Southern hospitality made you feel welcomed.

The breakfast accommodations are limited for vegans. The hotel is dated & could use an upgrade, and repairs on structural damages..
