Your Morning front Desk Staff, was very unfriendly and rude. I was so glad when your 3pm staff member came in she was so nice and very helpful.

"All in all it’s a good place to stay"

It’s clean the staff are friendly it’s close to places to eat

The fact that breakfast don’t start earlier for those of us that are there for work and have to be on the job at 6 am It would be nice to atleast get a juice a coffee or muffin or something before 6:30 am

"Bed was very uncomfortable, Not what I expected for a Holiday Inn."

We stayed in room 318, in Dyersburg. It was the worse night ever in a Holiday Inn. The a/c didn’t keep the room as cool as it should have, worst part was the bed. It was a King, should’ve been replaced I’m sure a long time ago! We kept sinking in the middle. Every time we moved to the edge…. Back to the center we ended up. Needless to say we got very little sleep. I wasn’t going to complain but for $200+ a night the beds and pillows should be comfortable. Very disappointed.

Did not meet a rude staff member once. All were very friendly..Hotel was clean, however needed some repairs..drywall in bathroom just small things. Probably will stay here again if in the area
