I was very comfortable with the staff and the energy from them was very pleasant.

Well, it is the south I did run into a few racist encounters, but I am a single black woman, so it is to be expected, but my experience still did not come from the staff.

The TV did not work. In fact, we stayed at 3 different HI Express locations in the last week, and NONE of the TVs worked! And it was not operator error. Your TV services suck.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Freezer in the refrigerator. Big variety of TV stations.

Doors slam and noisy hallways. Breakfast ends too early.

Stayed here twice and each time it was up to high standards. They also have a lovely breakfast, omelets, pancakes, sausage/gravy, cereals, yogurt. I would definitely stay here again. Also, best pillows!
